That's great. One thing I've been using for the last few years is an Oura ring for sleep tracking. It's interesting to see if there are correlations between my daily activity and sleep results. For instance I noticed a major uptick in time spent in deep sleep once I started using a CPAP machine.
Maybe things have changed, I don’t have a subscription. I only wear mine at night to track my sleep. I like to compare time in bed with time asleep, then see how much rem vs deep sleep I get.
These are great insights, Andrew.
Lately, I have prioritised sleep for burnout recovery. I aim for 8 hours of sleep every night.

I was looking into the Oura ring, but I found it annoying that I need a subscription to get the most out of it.
What are the best features of the ring that would you recommend it for?
